Another small HOA is West Molokai Assoc. It’s $75 a year. Near by Ke Nani Kai is Maunaloa town, a 5 minute drive with a market open daily, a 5 minute walk to the Sundry Shop down by Kepuhi Beach, 10 minutes to airport and 25/30 minutes to Kaunakakai town for all the shopping or eateries.
